Scranton, CEO, and founder of “Sound Income Strategies” talks with Rebecca about his book “The Retirement Income Stor-E: The Story behind The Launch of The Retirement Income Store!” David is a nationally renowned Money Manager, CEO, and founder of “Sound Income Strategies, LLC,” “Advisors’ Academy,” and “Scranton Financial Group.” He hosts “The Income Generation” on “NewsMaxTV” and is one of the nation’s most successful and respected independent financial advisors; his knowledge of stock market history enabled him to foresee the 2000 stock market collapse and the onset of a new 20-plus year secular bear market cycle.

On the show, Rebecca points out specific points she read in the book that is of surprising significance to many. In fact, it shifts the perspective of how money has been traditionally viewed. John Hall is also the best selling author of “A New Breed” and “Guinea Pigs.” His writing in-depth insight and gift of writing brought him into the film world landing him a series on the “Discovery Channel” called, “United States of Paranoia.” “StickHorse Rodeo” is his band and they have produced several music videos that can be found on “YouTube.” Entertaining is not all John is about. On a very serious note, John is a doctor. He is an Anesthesiologist in Pain Management and strives to ensure he provides exceptional care to his patients.

Brian Elder is also a director. He found his way to the entertainment industry through music at a very young age. The personal gifts instilled within him were noticed and he eventually signed with a label. Oddly as it may seem, it was through a random phone call that an invitation was made to Brian to be on a film set for a few weeks and that mesmerized him. That invitation and experienced was so awe-inspiring, he was hooked. Brian has been working a few productions in various stages and is always looking to collaborate. His drive and passion for filmmaking, acting, directing, and screenwriting can not only be seen but is encapsulated within his work.

Rebecca Sounds Reveille with Terri Catherine

This episode showcases guest, Terri Catherine, who is a Professor in Business Communication and Radio Broadcasting and holds an M.A. from the University of Arkansas and a B.A. from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. She is also a recipient of the “Who’s Who Among Students in American Universities & Colleges Award.” Terri demonstrates an unprecedented example of her academic discipline and is a model for making a difference in education and the community. She has served as a facilitator and provided community workshops covering topics such as communication, bullying, physical and verbal abuse, effective listening, and conflict management. This variety of topics covered reveals the breadth of her ability to transport these skills from communication discipline into service for the college campus and community.

Terri has worked both onscreen as an actor and off-screen as a producer, and has appeared in several television commercials throughout the United States. She has also frequently co-hosted the behind scene segment of the nationally syndicated radio show “That! Medical Quiz Show.” On the show the two talk about pursuing your dreams. Terri talks about courage, never giving up, and surrounding yourself with positive things. Rebecca points out how often we feel we are swimming alone when pursuing our dreams, but having a support system is essential, along with ridding ourselves with things we do not need. Rebecca Sounds Reveille with Robert Cunniff

In this episode guest, Robert Cunniff, a “Professional Geologist” turned “Actor/Producer,” who had spent over 25 years working for someone else and about 4 years ago went on to become a solo consultant is featured. His shift is one that shows how making a change can bring success if you follow your heart. As a Geologist, he was involved in environmental issues dealing with the remediation of contaminated soil and groundwater, as well as the geotechnical aspects of civil infrastructure. Robert has stood in the shadow of an ash cloud on the Kilauea volcano in Hawaii, traversed glaciers in the Swiss Alps, discovered previously unknown caverns, and geologically mapped the water tunnels over 700 feet below the streets of New York City. Once working for himself, he was finally able to branch out into other areas where he could focus on expressing his creativity.

Robert’s first acting gig was on the “FOX TV” series “Gotham” as a “Background Prisoner” in the “Blackgate Penitentiary.” Since then, he has worked on nearly every television show that films in the NYC area and his acting has progressed into principal roles. Robert, typically performs as a detective or a uniformed officer, in most of the true-crime recreation shows on the “Investigation Discovery” channel and he has built a following as a “Comedic Actor” on “Instagram” and “YouTube.” After answering an ad on “Backstage,” he was cast in a parody video called, “Work Naked Day,” produced by “New Media Comedy,” in Colonia, NJ. He then became a regular on “New Media Comedy’s” “Instagram” page with a weekly “Officer Bob” comedy video, and on a successful movie-review series titled “October Moviefest Countdown.” Robert recently became a full partner with “New Media Comedy” and is now a producer. He continues to make his own content, in addition to working behind the scenes of “New Media Comedy’s” productions.Some of their production pilots are for two major online streaming services and they have released a feature-length comedy, “Gail’s New Boyfriend,” now in negotiations for widespread distribution and doing well on the film festival circuit in the USA. They also have another feature-length drama, “Syzygy,” in post-production. There is no short in business as they continue to produce “Instagram” and longer-format comedy videos on a daily basis, some of which consistently receive in excess of one million views within 24 hours after posting.
